- replace hard-coded path example with resolve_branch usage
- add load_registry usage to show full registry retrieval

🐛 fix(pyproject): add watchdog dependency

- include watchdog>=3.0 in dependencies for file watching support

- delete Docker cheat sheet as it is no longer relevant or maintained
