feat(cli): Rich UX polish for aipass init — help, output, introspection

- `drone @cli aipass` shows subcommand introspection table (was error)
- `drone @cli aipass init --help` upgraded with Rich panels, tables, args
- Init output uses Panel for summary, Table for file list
- Fixed double "Try:" in error suggestions
