AIOSAI d4b265ad45 feat(aipass): aipass new + front-door overhaul, project boundary, cli_ux+readme_quality standards, fleet-100 sweep (FPLAN-0333/DPLAN-0247). aipass new creates isolated projects with full framework agents (registry-first credential linkage, birth commit, drone-resolvable from inside, invisible to host). ai_mail refuses cross-project mail. seedgo gains user-facing-quality standards born from live door-test. 15 branch fronts brought to house pattern - 17/17 branches 100% 2026-07-17 19:29:47 -07:00
AIOSAI 81658ce0ea feat: runaway-log detection + escalation (DPLAN-0242, agent-designed) + citizen wake-back. Prax-led three-branch build via TDPLAN-0013: prax rate_tracker (disk-persisted volume detection, WARNING >100 l/min 2min / CRITICAL >10 l/s 1min, 4th monitor thread) + drone @prax log-health; trigger runaway_log_detected event + handler (per-file 30min cooldown independent of medic breaker, UNKNOWN->prax, writes .aipass/alerts.json); hooks persistent_alert banner + drone @hooks dismiss (devpulse fixed nearest-.aipass path bug in both + wired settings.json - registration is not deployment). Live-fire proven: planted 240 l/min storm -> detect 257 l/min -> event -> dispatch -> @aipass autonomous no-action triage -> banner -> dismiss. ai_mail wake ruling: owner-gate removed (citizen wake-back live-proven), devpulse structurally unwakeable (manager check all paths), self-wake loop found+fixed same night (guard + senderless wake-back sessions). AIOSAI 6a757a21f1 #674 trigger: debounce trigger_data.json writes + confirm bulletin_created retired. Branch log watcher persisted dedup hashes + positions with 2 full-file rewrites PER log event (44K file churned 1-2x/sec under load). Now: dirty-flag + coalesced writer, both keys in ONE atomic write at most every 5s, force-flush on watcher stop. bulletin_created confirmed retired (archived, 0 live refs, 0 warnings on load). Built by @trigger, verified by devpulse: 564 tests (+6 debounce), seedgo 31/31 on changed file (output_routing clean), live load 0 bulletin warnings, correct live file (branch watcher, not stale dup). 2026-07-09 22:06:17 -07:00
AIOSAIandClaude Opus 4.8 626ab81a46 refactor(status): decommission entire STATUS flow — STATUS.local.md + central STATUS.md retired, replaced by local.json todos[] + dashboard count (TDPLAN-0007) 
Cross-branch coordinated change. Per-branch STATUS.local.md (13) + central
STATUS.md deleted; all prompts/docs/skills/hooks/footer/scaffolding scrubbed.
Status-sync engine kept intact-but-inert (trigger registry unwired, 3 lines).
Replacement: operational todos[] in .trinity/local.json (@memory schema, capped,
rollover-exempt), pushed to all 13 branches + surfaced as dashboard todo_count.

Owners: memory (schema+global push+template), prax (dashboard todo_section +
engine dormant), trigger (unwire), aipass (init scaffolding), spawn (template
delete + todos[] seed), hooks (compact recovery), ai_mail (footer), seedgo
(_RUNTIME_ARTIFACTS cleanup), devpulse (scrub+delete+assemble).

PatrickandClaude Opus 4.6 44bab11040 fix(memory): remove rollover from startup chain + add sentence-transformers dep 
Two fixes:

1. Remove _run_memory_check() from trigger startup handler — rollover no
   longer fires on every drone command. Rollover is now on-demand only
   (drone @memory rollover) or via the watcher daemon. This eliminates the
   noisy "Memory - Rollover Execution" banner from every drone invocation.

2. Add sentence-transformers>=2.0 to pyproject.toml [memory] extras — the
   embedding subprocess was failing because torch/sentence-transformers
   were missing from the dependency list. chromadb alone is insufficient;
   the custom embed_subprocess.py requires sentence-transformers directly.

- Drone: generic_adapter.py + routing_config.json replace 3 drone_adapter.py files (module registry v2.0.0)
- Seedgo: 225→314 tests, 31/32 checkers now tested, bug fixes, README updated
- AI Mail: paths.py consolidates 8x duplicated _find_repo_root(), 3 new test files
- Flow + Prax: JSON atomic writes (tempfile→fsync→os.replace), corruption root cause fixed
- CLI: __main__.py standalone entry, stubs deleted, README updated
- Trigger: medic wired with systemd service (log_watcher_service.py), E2E tested
- Daemon: 3 demo schedules, pipeline bug fixed, plugins verified
- Skills: list bug fixed (sys.path shadow), 2 demo skills created (inbox_check, branch_health)
- Commons: 12 social features E2E tested, coverage 67%→92%
- Backup: backup_core + test updates

System: 3,330 tests pass, 42 skip, 0 fail. 100% seedgo compliance (32 standards).

* fix(ai_mail): resolve relative mailbox_path bug + archive dead handlers

Fix get_user_by_email() and get_all_users() returning relative mailbox_path
values from registry instead of absolute paths (causing doubled paths in reply).
Added path resolution matching get_current_user() pattern.

Archive 7 unused handler files to apps/.archive/ (gitignored):
- pending_work.py — planned feature, never wired
- lock_utils.py — superseded by inbox_lock.py
- data_ops.py — consumer (error_monitor) was archived
- config_generator.py, users/load.py, registry/validate.py — scaffolded, never used
- trigger/error_handler.py — superseded by trigger branch's event system

Added test_user_paths.py (13 tests) covering absolute path resolution.

Seedgo v2.0.0:

- New introspection standard researched from Dev-Pass, FPLAN-0017 open
- Bypass system for false positives (.seedgo config)
- Standards query and audit commands fully functional

System-wide audit (FPLAN-0016):
- All 14 auditable branches at 99%+ compliance
- CLI imports standardized across all branches (console from cli.apps.modules)
- handle_command(command, args) → bool contract added to all modules
- print_help() function naming fixed for checker pattern matching
- Handler extraction: large modules split, file I/O moved to handler layer
- New handlers created across ai_mail, backup, daemon, flow, skills, spawn, seedgo

Branch-specific highlights:
- ai_mail: email.py split 840→420 lines, 4 new handlers
- flow: dplan_flow.py 688→591 lines, 4 new handlers
- seedgo: massive restructure — standards moved to handlers/aipass_standards/,

Integration test bug fixes:
- Fix double @@ display in drone introspection output
- Fix spawn registry resolving to wrong file (walk up from package root)
- Fix email sender identity always showing as @ai_mail (pass AIPASS_CALLER_CWD)
- Fix branch_detection.py relative path resolution against CWD instead of registry dir
- Add .trinity/passport.json detection for spawned agents
- Archive duplicate json_ops.py, update imports to canonical json_handler

Tested end-to-end in Docker container (aipass-test:latest):
