AIOSAI d4b265ad45 feat(aipass): aipass new + front-door overhaul, project boundary, cli_ux+readme_quality standards, fleet-100 sweep (FPLAN-0333/DPLAN-0247). aipass new creates isolated projects with full framework agents (registry-first credential linkage, birth commit, drone-resolvable from inside, invisible to host). ai_mail refuses cross-project mail. seedgo gains user-facing-quality standards born from live door-test. 15 branch fronts brought to house pattern - 17/17 branches 100% 2026-07-17 19:29:47 -07:00

- @seedgo: new output_routing standard (39th checker) flags user-facing status output bypassing cli helpers; 254-site per-branch migration checklist; precise (0 FP, dogfooded on devpulse); 1178 tests
- devpulse: first adopter — main()->reset_command_state()+resolve_exit(); feedback module+handlers migrated raw-red/logger.error->error(); exit 2/0/1 verified; 380 tests green; seedgo 100%
- CHANGELOG updated. Fleet migration (remaining 13 branches) to follow. Tracked in DPLAN-0236.

Windows-compat hardening across every branch to reach 100% on the seedgo
standards audit:
- UTF-8 stdout/stderr reconfigure guards (getattr form) on Rich/CLI entry points
- platform-branched POSIX-only subprocess kwargs (start_new_session ->
  CREATE_NEW_PROCESS_GROUP on win32)
- seedgo windows_compat checker: credit the getattr reconfigure form + locking test
- commons: shared-init test-suite speedup
- spawn: aipass_framework template — strip pytest.ini inline comments + add scaffold smoke test
- includes in-progress cross-OS testing work (doctor/init_flow/cross_os handlers + tests)

Verified: full audit 17/17 at 100%, pyright clean.

- Strip all 31 stale seedgo bypasses, re-evaluate from zero (10 legitimate kept)
- Create json_handler + wire 9 handler/module files (json_structure 0→100%)
- Add test_devpulse.py (17 tests: CLI routing, module discovery, error resilience)
- Add conftest fixtures: mock_logger, mock_json_handler
- Fix devpulse.py: add print_help(), feedback.py: META block + introspection
- README: fix stale content, update test count 130→236, add json/ handler
- Global prompt: remove secrets path, collapse duplicates, add branch_json breadcrumb
- Delete init pollution: aipass/status/ dir (15 files), 2 stale per-branch global prompts
- Seedgo: add README content accuracy checks (test count + dead links, 26 tests)
- Prax: fix _parse_agent_activity() reverse iteration (thinking entries hidden)

AIPassand@devpulse 4a402d287b feat(system): chore(lint)+chore(deps): ruff format sweep — 535 files reformatted (whitespace/line-breaks, zero behavior change) + add pytest-timeout to dev extras (was missing, tests use --timeout flag). Unblocks CI lint job which has been failing on the format-check step. (#345)
