AIPassandClaude Opus 4.6 08988ecead chore: remove CLAUDE.md, add AIPASS.md, gitignore .chroma/, DPLAN-003 (#36 )

CLAUDE.md and .claude/CLAUDE.md removed — replacing with aipass.md architecture (DPLAN-003).
Added .chroma/ to gitignore. DPLAN counter bumped for DPLAN-003.
