Remove hardcoded /home/patrick/ paths from 8 files, remove hooks from repo-level settings.json (setup.sh generates these), fix memory_bank→memory rename, add Dockerfile.multi-cli for Codex+Gemini testing, clean legacy /home/aipass/ references from EXTRACTION_NOTE files and seedgo standards.
