After a real API key leaked through test files with realistic hex patterns, this adds automated secret detection: .gitleaks.toml with custom rules for OpenRouter/OpenAI/Anthropic/Google keys, and .pre-commit-config.yaml wiring gitleaks as a pre-commit hook.
