AIPassandClaude Opus 4.6 f9304f6c33 fix(spawn): upgrade backup/daemon/memory from birthright to builder class (#18) ...

Passport had set citizen_class: "birthright" but these branches have full
apps/ with 3-layer architecture. Changed to "builder" and ran spawn update
to add missing operational files (pytest.ini, docs/, tools/, artifacts/,
DASHBOARD, flow.local.md, etc). Seedgo audit now passes on all three.
