HPTrack: BOX=17 → BOX=14, y_start top-20 → top-29, height 20+rows*(B+G) → 29+rows*(B+G)
Result: 2pt clear gap between label baseline and box top (was 10pt INTO the label)
Box number font: Helvetica-Bold 9pt → 8pt to fit 14pt box cleanly
