Rebuild packs for the posting talent pools

Browse Source 
Roster agents carry no talents of their own; they expand from their posting at build
time, so changing the pools left the compendia a version behind the register.

Rebuilt with Foundry stopped. Verified by reading the built pack back: 36 packed actors,
none carrying Unblinking, Distributed or Quorum. No lost/ directories, so the packs took
the write without needing repair.
