THROUGH TRAIN: two of the three new plates are real art now

tt_12_northbench and tt_13_standoff replace the placeholder copies. Converted to
the house plate format, 1024x682 webp, to match the other ten.

The Bureau plate timed out in Midjourney at 1800s waiting for a grid and is still
a placeholder; it is regenerating.

Known flaw in tt_12_northbench: Midjourney read "bench" as furniture and put a
park bench in the Nevada scrub. Everything else about the plate is right - two
coated figures, empty ground, no railway, the town smoking on the horizon - so it
ships while a version without the word regenerates.
