A records office, a revenant as the briefed symptom, and the carrion file as the
cause "elsewhere in the same location". The revenant was resolved without a shot
off its own leverage line. AMENDMENT then removed two trained skills and a talent
permanently, with no roll offered — which is the whole point of that entry.
Burning the file exercised the fire rules on a thing rather than a person: armour
counted on the round it caught and never again. The team burned too.
Closed at Containment 8, Resources 1, Clearance 5; the failed extraction advanced
the window clock and every crossing took the -10%.
