Subject: [PATCH] Drop LevelDB files superseded by the v0.10.0 pack rebuild

The pregens pack was rebuilt in the VRPG source, which retires the old
log and manifest; the sync that carried the new files across did not
remove the old ones, leaving the two repos' compendia out of step.
