Replaces the procedural cameo silhouettes with pen-and-ink scratchboard
art matching the Vain Crown portraits — 512x512 portrait plus a round
ink-ringed token per hero, at the paths pregens.json already uses.

Generated and installed by the tooling in the VRPG repo
(gen-hero-art.sh + wire-hero-art.py); this repo carries the result.
