Subject: [PATCH] Add Graphiti MCP server setup to install.sh

New machines auto-configure the graphiti-memory HTTP server at
https://graphiti.timevans.uk/mcp (override via GRAPHITI_MCP_URL).
Idempotent remove-then-add, matching the GitHub/Obsidian MCP blocks.
