Removed hacky display table-cell across the sheet and CSS and fixed a number of bugs associated with it and it's removal. Added tooltips (title attribute) to several sections to offer some in sheet help. Updated readme file

Removed code from CSS file and tidied up what remained a little. Doen a pass over the macro buttons to make sure all was working and was useful, removed Default example entries above most repeating sections. Started to update readme file with a todo list

Changed weapon attack section to be 3 seperate sections. 1 for attack roll based actions, 1 for save throe based actions, and 1 generic section for utility and non attack actions.
