The Proficiency bonus follows a ceil(level/4)+1 pattern rather than the floor((level+5)/4) pattern used before as of the Basic D&D release.

Removed hacky display table-cell across the sheet and CSS and fixed a number of bugs associated with it and it's removal. Added tooltips (title attribute) to several sections to offer some in sheet help. Updated readme file

Removed code from CSS file and tidied up what remained a little. Doen a pass over the macro buttons to make sure all was working and was useful, removed Default example entries above most repeating sections. Started to update readme file with a todo list
