  Values are incorrect when the current move has the step in parentheses.
  When get the current move value, it generate a NaN in the conversion.
- Added the event On:change:turning_move_type to update the calculations of "turning and velocity modifiers".
- Updated function getBaseMove to ignore values in parentheses.
