1. if you change custom caster level on spell, concentration should show
up if checked (since it's now not default) but it was not
2. made tabs wider esp on top
3. extra options for spell resist for spells, removed no (harmless)
4. added casterlevel and concentration value to spellbook output
1. made spell range hidden if effectively 0 (if choose blank, personal,
touch, see text, unknown)
4. made DC of kinetic ability grayed out
1. removed css that wasn't working
4. changed small label span to use regular font not header font for
special font choices
5. added more fonts
1. removed macro migrate code that didn't work
1. spell pen bonus not appearing in spell roll

Add kineticist attack dropdowns
Unchained Rage buffs should be untyped, not morale
Recalc is removing customizations to equipment list macros
OLD BUFFS: recalc clears them, and +STR buff does not apply damage bonus
to melee attacks.
Skills are not applying an ability modifier on newly created v1.67
sheets. Workaround: go to settings|migrations| uncheck "Ability and
Attack dropdowns" and hit Recalc from the top of the sheet.
Unchecking size buff does not reset size to default
Medium encumbrance lowers run multiplier by 1.
Class level dropdowns do not update on class level change, must hit
recalc.
