Code clean up and fixed some attribute numbers
...
Found some attributes (gear etc) with the same values. This has been
fixed. Also tidied up some bits of code from where I previously moved
sections. Also added another custom advance improvement box for the
custom sheet.
Officially version 1 completed. (May add besic moves in version 2)

Fixed min and max stats

Had set min stat to -1 but Monsterous playbook can take a -2 stat. hat
has now been corrected
