Load and encumbrance should not be calculated on settings change (hrcondition4endurance). Changing the setting will trigger a recalculation of effectivecondition, which in turn will trigger the load and encumbrance recalculation

Moved from select to input with data list to allow more flexible input for horse gender and horse breed. Also included the default Harnmaster3 horse breeds in the sheet for convenience.
Removed "0 penalty" from WQ roll, not variable so no reason to display this ; re-ordered options in roll so the rolltemplate displays information more clearly
