changed essence to 1-5 scale,
changed limit to checkboxes instead of radio buttons
ran html through a beautifier for consistent spacing and indentation
Added repeatable weapons, intimacies, charms, spells, merits, specialities, and crafts. Also added the survival ability.
Everything should work out okay, though charms and spells are a bit wonky if you have more then four intimacies or more then one weapon, I'll try to figure out how to make that flow better next time.
