- Changed Attacks per round to ROF for ranged attacks. Changed styling to match
- Added placeholder to base thac0, weapon profs, nonweapon profs
- Fixed related weapon / familarity penalty calculation. Also only updates on player input, not sheetworker to avoid recursion
