Update armor section - Restore check mark for armor-equipped, and set default MAX DEX value to 99. This will prevent issues with AC not calculating when characters are being created.

Incorporated desired change to Character Feats - added button to show feat name, feat type, and feat description as coded by aideenfb in Update Starfinder (simple).html #3591.
