- Fixed a bug with Temp hp that erroneously reset to max on triggered events. - Added a 'blocked' image indicator over ACP and Max-Dex on the Defenses page to help show they are not applicable when encumbrance has been disabled from the settings page. - Added a 'Death Threshold' macro-calculated field to the Hit Point calculations sub-section.
