DBFBlackbullandPeter Bjerg Mogensen 202b05936b [AD&D 2E Revised] Improved rolls and styling + a few features (#6024)
* - Added the possibility for a rogue / bard / multiclass to have two different armor values for their thief skills. Leather Armor (the base value) and a heavy armor. The same could be achieved before, but the user would need to remove and add the armor penelty every time they changed armor.

- Added more tranparency for the No Armor bonuses, by showing both the bonus value and the new total for all skills
- Added the tables for thief and bard armor adjustments for easier lookups when the player acquires new armor
- Added the tables for illegal bard armor types as found in the Bards Handbook

* - Fixed width by 2 pixel

- Added headers to the rogue table for No Armor and Heavy Armor.
- Tried to change the field set from creating its own table, to just create rows in the existing table. This is malformed HMTL, but it might look prettier

* Rename all "Ini" buttons to say "Initiativ" for clarity

* Changed all buttons that said 'Initiativ' (Danish) to 'Initiative' (English). Oopsie daisie

* - Styled rogue skills armor adjustment tables for readability

- Streamline melee weapons and ranged weapons
- Removed Specialist from ranged weapon, and master from melee and ranged weapons. These were based on the Player Options Combat and Tactics books. The values in these books are different from the players handbook and therefore not compatible. This would result in wrong calculated values
- Removed dexterity bonus to ranged damage. Dexterity only adds a Missle Attack Adjustment, no damage adjustments

* - Added better output for surprise rolls. Now you can see that it tests against the value 3.

- Cleaned up a couple of empty tables and missplaced <tr> and <td>

* Updated Hit, Damage and Initiative calculations to consolidate their bonuses for easier reading on mouse over

* Prefixed new styling with 'sheet-' Apparently they 'sheet-' is prefixed to all css classes

* Adding styling to some missing fields

* - Style changes for fieldset rows. Now have a header to keep correct spacing for all fields

- Small optimization of css classes

* Added spell names to initiative rolls

* - Fixed experince fieldset indentation

- Added a text area for experience points notes

* Fixed fieldset indentation

* Bumped version by 2 minor points.

- 1 for my last pull request (where I forgot to bump)
- 1 for this pull request

Ok guys, it's going to be along time before I push another update to Roll20. That being said, if you absolutely must have the latest copy of this sheet:

You can find it here HTML > https://gist.github.com/Project462/87b342d835a25dfbe88ce2dd775822cf < And here CSS > https://gist.github.com/Project462/76da3d8a4c31af75aaefe73ef68c6c8a <

These will be updated about once a week, so keep checking back. I'll update the versioning too to reflect differences.

NOTE This HTMl is unstable and not considered functional at this time. It does have a bunch of cool features, but it should not be used without serious modification. If you don't know how to do that, be patient is all I can ask.
