dedurrett 6e97ad7d13 Update for LFG Deluxe Release (#4732) ...

Lots of changes made for ease of use and updated mechanics. Initiative changed to a modified dex check.  Added fields for great success and terrible failure thresholds. Attribute and Skill checks output made more user friendly and detect degrees of success and failure. Added fields to repeating weapon sections and remoevd most additional modifer queries associated with rolls. Updated Logo to new official LFG logo.
