Daniel Kluver 75842bd4f7 [NWOD-Changling] bugfix and add dice-roll buttons (#6842 )

* Updated NWOD-Changling so that input type='textarea' to be textareas instead -- the input type=textarea input fields seemed to not work.

* Update sheet.json

removing attribution update mistakenly placed in the instructions field.

* updates after testing. Additionally, added first-effort dice roll buttons to the attributes. The dice roll equations are a bit gnarly, but it allows the macro to automatically decide to roll a chance die if the dice pool is 0 or lower.
