Ben Harvill 3e1867e8a8 Add Demon Lord Companion content and fix boons and banes

1) Added the new ancestries and magic traditions from the new source
book.
2) Fixed the built-in rolls to correctly calculate boons and banes. Had
to use inline rolls to include negative values (banes) and applied the
keep method (k1).
