feat: add Operative Handbook journal compendium pack (v0.7.0)

- 13 player-facing journal entries covering all core rules
- 43 pages: stats, skills, species, combat, wounds, fear, ebb, equipment, corporate life
- Full Vevaphon morph supplement
- Bump version to 0.7.0
