chore: remove tracked cache/config files, update gitignore (#156)
- Remove __pycache__/pr_plugin.cpython-312.pyc from tracking - Remove memory/config/.plans_processed.json from tracking - Both now properly gitignored Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
