feat(seedgo): checker consolidation: testing→error_handling, test_coverage merged into test_quality v4.0 (#133)

* fix(security): enable auth on code-server container

Unauthenticated code-server exposed to all network interfaces.
Changed --auth none to --auth password. Auto-generates random
password on first run.
