AIOSAIandClaude Opus 4.6 a800e7919a fix(seedgo): handler guard allows python3 -c, blocks cross-branch .py imports 
Guard was too aggressive — blocked all <string>/<stdin> callers including
branches' own agents running python3 -c. Now only blocks when a real .py
file from a different branch imports handlers. 13 files updated.

 		1855eaac86 fix(system): remove .aicentral/ — canonical dir is .ai_central/ 
The memory_bank.central.json was committed to .aicentral/ (no underscore)
but the canonical directory used by ai_mail and flow is .ai_central/
(with underscore). Removing the wrong one — .ai_central/ is gitignored
and managed locally like all central aggregation files.

Branches now use drone @git pr for all PR operations. Raw git checkout -b,
git commit, and git push are blocked by deny rules. Only devpulse and drone
retain raw git access. This prevents the data loss from uncommitted work
being wiped by branch switches in a shared repo.

AIOSAIand@memory 4d47bbba81 feat(memory): seedgo 100% — json_structure compliance + full audit pass 
All 30 modules and handlers now use the correct seedgo import pattern:
`from aipass.memory.apps.handlers.json import json_handler` with
qualified `json_handler.log_operation()` calls. Also fixed 8 missing
META block headers, 3 stderr routing violations (print→warning/error),
updated README (date, removed json_templates from tree, added symbolic
and templates handler dirs), and removed empty json_templates directory.

Seedgo audit: 100% across all 24 standards (was 9% on json_structure).

register them as aliases, and execute via greedy multi-word matching.

New commands:
- drone scan @branch — discover available commands
- drone activate @branch — register all as shortcuts
- drone list — show custom commands
- drone remove <name> — delete a shortcut
- drone <shortcut> [args] — execute custom commands

New files:
- handlers/command_registry/ — CRUD, lookup, formatting (3 files)
- handlers/scanning/ — branch scanning, formatting (3 files)
- modules/commands.py — command orchestrator
- modules/scan.py — scan orchestrator
- tests/ — 101 new tests (289 total, all passing)

Seedgo audit: 98% (log_structure pending checker fix)

AIOSAIand@flow 0fb1a145b4 fix(flow): resolve plan location relative to caller's CWD, not flow's 
Plans were all landing in flow's root because "." resolved relative to
flow's working directory. Now uses AIPASS_CALLER_CWD env var (set by
drone) so "." and relative paths resolve to the caller's directory.

Refactor flow's plan system from two parallel pipelines (FPLAN + DPLAN) into
one unified, plugin-based architecture. Plan types are data plugins — adding
a new type means dropping a folder in plan_types/, zero code changes.

- Unified create: `drone @flow create . "subject" dplan` now works correctly
- Unified close: detects plan type from filename prefix, routes to correct registry
- Unified list: aggregates plans across all per-type registries
- Per-type registries: fplan_registry.json + dplan_registry.json (4-digit counters)
- Archive to backup/processed_plans/ (was flow/processed_plans/)
- Vector processing wired to memory's plans_processor on close
- Display shows correct prefix (DPLAN-0007 not FPLAN-0007)
- Archived old dual-pipeline code: dplan_flow.py, handlers/dplan/, dev_planning/

Design: DPLAN-0072 | Execution: FPLAN-0078 (master, 4 phases)

* fix(ai_mail): resolve relative mailbox_path bug + archive dead handlers

Fix get_user_by_email() and get_all_users() returning relative mailbox_path
values from registry instead of absolute paths (causing doubled paths in reply).
Added path resolution matching get_current_user() pattern.

Archive 7 unused handler files to apps/.archive/ (gitignored):
- pending_work.py — planned feature, never wired
- lock_utils.py — superseded by inbox_lock.py
- data_ops.py — consumer (error_monitor) was archived
- config_generator.py, users/load.py, registry/validate.py — scaffolded, never used
- trigger/error_handler.py — superseded by trigger branch's event system

Added test_user_paths.py (13 tests) covering absolute path resolution.
