- drone: skip mismatched registries during CWD walk-up instead of hard-failing (db55b6b, 44 LOC + 70 LOC tests). Fixes the orphan DEVPULSE_REGISTRY.json shadowing AIPASS_REGISTRY.json bug from S124.
- memory: README — document _get_memory_python() resolution chain (env override → memory/.venv/bin/python → sys.executable) accurately.

Both fixes from the S124 init-blast-radius incident triage.

AIOSAIandClaude Sonnet 4.6 960925b84a fix(memory/tests): repair test_json_handler harness — KeyError on sys.modules lookup 
_get_json_handler() was reading sys.modules[] directly after _fresh_json_handler
had just popped the module out. importlib.import_module() replaces the lookup so
the module is actually imported fresh each test. Also removes dead reload/pop
code from the fixture that never ran. Fixes 27 failures (issue #360 finding A2).

- memory_watcher.py: _check_vector_deps() probes venv at startup; health report now honest when chromadb absent
- bypass.json: 4 entries covering test_vector.py seedgo false-positives (architecture/docs/encapsulation/meta)
- dispatch/daemon.py: resolve relative branch_path to absolute before use
- dispatch/dispatch_monitor.py: resolve lock_file path so claude cwd is always absolute

* feat(system): fix(windows-ci): combine pip bootstrap fix + venv activation in Verify step

Combines both fixes needed to get windows-test.yml actually passing:

1. setup.sh: stop swallowing ensurepip errors (quiet + 2>/dev/null + || true was
   hiding real failures — pip was silently not installed). Add get-pip.py fallback
   and hard pip verification.

2. windows-test.yml: add 'source .venv/Scripts/activate' to Verify step. Each CI
   step gets a fresh shell — setup.sh's venv activation doesn't carry over, so
   drone wasn't on PATH in the subsequent step.

Together, these should take Windows CI from the 'silent failure every run since
creation' state to actually green. Supersedes PRs #330 and #331 which had the
fixes on separate branches (neither green alone).

- Seedgo: 225→314 tests, 31/32 checkers now tested, bug fixes, README updated
- AI Mail: paths.py consolidates 8x duplicated _find_repo_root(), 3 new test files
- Flow + Prax: JSON atomic writes (tempfile→fsync→os.replace), corruption root cause fixed
- CLI: __main__.py standalone entry, stubs deleted, README updated
- Trigger: medic wired with systemd service (log_watcher_service.py), E2E tested
- Daemon: 3 demo schedules, pipeline bug fixed, plugins verified
- Skills: list bug fixed (sys.path shadow), 2 demo skills created (inbox_check, branch_health)
- Commons: 12 social features E2E tested, coverage 67%→92%
- Backup: backup_core + test updates

System: 3,330 tests pass, 42 skip, 0 fail. 100% seedgo compliance (32 standards).

- API: 18-item P0/P1/P2 cleanup (debug prints→logger, help gate fix, URL injection fix, key masking, unused imports)
- Drone: passport walk-up replaces hardcoded src/aipass/<branch> pattern, 13 naming bypasses removed
- Seedgo: naming checker fixed (__dunder__ skip + column-0 scope detection) — eliminates 71 false positives system-wide
- Spawn: .backup→.recovery rename (pre-change snapshots no longer conflict with backup branch namespace)
- .gitignore: .recovery/ added
- HERALD.md: Updated through S62 (backup audit, .recovery rename, night shift launch)
- README.md: Stats updated (141 PRs, 2900+ tests)
