tevansandClaude Opus 4.8 a767e3ef55 Restore tui and autoUpdatesChannel settings 
Both were present in the live config on the Windows machine but absent from
the tracked settings.json, so install.sh silently dropped them:

  tui: fullscreen        -- full-screen TUI rather than inline
  autoUpdatesChannel: latest

Neither is machine-specific, so track them for all machines.

slaguru666andClaude Sonnet 4.6 8addb676d0 fix: sync live config, fix memory path, add sync.sh 
- CLAUDE.md: replace old stub with current full version
- settings.json: update to current live version
- memory/: replace stale files with current live memory
- install.sh: fix memory path (-Users-$USER not -Users-$USER-Git), use glob copy
- sync.sh: new script — one command to pull live state, commit, push
- README: rewrite to reflect actual structure and workflows

install.sh resolves memory path automatically from whoami.
