Mekton Update (#5055)

* AEON-Aberrant Overhaul

This is a bug/layout fix
Some new buttons, better roll templates, some hide/show areas
Massive aesthetic change (its now readable)
Only this sheet (HTML and CSS)
The only attribute name change is from"Mega-foo" to "Mega_foo" because the roll template didn't like the dash.

* Mekton Zeta

Input Width Adjustment, minor css fixes,
No "attr_foo" changes.

* Aberrant

Changing the "_max" to "_current"

* Revert "Aberrant"
