narrow textarea elements
Most were going past the edge of nearby elements; I thought it was due to scrollbars adding width to the element, but it kinda seems like it's just not lining things up properly, possibly due to wrapping divs in some spots. This makes things line up in Chrome currently, though I suspect it won't look good in Firefox, so will likely need some more work in the future.
