Fixed:
issue 2 - Refactor suggestion for attributes, applied to matrix & repeating_vehicle as well
issue 3 - update_soak function
issue 5 - Add toggle for drone intiative
issue 8 - Vehicle intaitive
issue 9 - Used repeating weapon code refactor
- Additionally fixed NPC gear not showing up
- Roll Template now has a drain option for spells & prep that sets a min to 2
- Drain now always displays a min 2 for spells/preps
- Added Edge option to the NPC attributes
- Agility wasn't translated in the selects
- Removed duplicate selected for repeating_active/langauge/knowledge
- Removed unecessary console logs
- Added a version number
