Key changes:
- Drone: generic_adapter.py + routing_config.json replace 3 drone_adapter.py files (module registry v2.0.0)
- Seedgo: 225→314 tests, 31/32 checkers now tested, bug fixes, README updated
- AI Mail: paths.py consolidates 8x duplicated _find_repo_root(), 3 new test files
- Flow + Prax: JSON atomic writes (tempfile→fsync→os.replace), corruption root cause fixed
- CLI: __main__.py standalone entry, stubs deleted, README updated
- Trigger: medic wired with systemd service (log_watcher_service.py), E2E tested
- Daemon: 3 demo schedules, pipeline bug fixed, plugins verified

- P1: Branding fixed (BACKUP_SYSTEM→backup), dead code removed, conftest cleaned, README updated
- P2: JSON corruption root cause fixed — atomic writes (temp+os.replace) in json_handler, changelog, backup_info, timestamps. load_json hardened with JSONDecodeError catch + template regeneration
- P3: Google Drive auth migrated to @api — drive_sync_client now imports from api.google_client. 80-line authenticate() replaced, thread service + retry logic from API. Legacy JSON format auto-migration added
- P4: 75 new tests (182→257) — diff_generator, drive_sync_json, report_formatter, statistics_handler, backup_metadata_builder + json_handler expansions
- Drive-sync bugs: list index mismatch, drive-test routing (False→True return), config stuck disabled
- Drone: backup promoted to interactive_branches (per-branch allowlist, no timeout for any backup command)

- Docker setup-workspace.sh fork URL noted
- setup.sh sudo requirement documented
- prax monitor marked as interactive
- Added Standards, Communication, and Structure sections
- Removed session tracking (moved to HERALD.md)
- Branch table expanded with roles and descriptions

HERALD.md: Living progress doc for Patrick to read between sessions.
Contains session history, active DPLANs, milestones, known issues.

* fix(install): registry format mismatch + seedgo CLI entry point

Bugs found via fresh Docker install test:

1. setup.sh generated AIPASS_REGISTRY.json with branches as dict (keyed
   by name), but seedgo's discovery.py expected a list of dicts. Result:
   `drone @seedgo audit aipass` was completely broken on any fresh install.
   Fix: setup.sh now generates list format (matching existing registry).

2. setup.sh verified `seedgo --help` but seedgo has no CLI entry point —
   it's only accessible via `drone @seedgo`. Fix: check `drone @seedgo --help`
   instead, remove broken symlink attempt.

3. seedgo discovery.py now handles both list and dict registry formats
   defensively (in case old registries exist).

4. README updated to remove seedgo standalone CLI claims.

Verified: full fresh install in Docker container — setup.sh completes
successfully, drone systems shows 15 branches, seedgo audit runs clean.
