Directive 19: add evidence-exhibit variant maps to prompt library
Adds 12 new prompts (BR19-EX-01 through BR19-EX-12) — each one the in-fiction case-file dressing for one of the existing blueprint maps. Format: tan-paper folder background with the blueprint reproduced at center, four annotated polaroid photographs paper-clipped at the corners (each with handwritten red-ink captions on masking-tape labels), black redaction blocks across portions of the margin text, a chain-of- custody box at the bottom with three signatures filled in, faint LAPD REP-DETECT shield watermark, CASE 037-2037-11473 DIR-019 EVIDENCE EXHIBIT stamp top right, handwritten exhibit-letter tag. These are the same twelve locations as the blueprint scenery maps above, but re-dressed as **LAPD case-file exhibits** — the document a Blade Runner would actually pull from the evidence box. The blueprint still sits in the middle of the page, but the surrounding chrome turns it into something the PCs are reading, not just a player aid.

### Notes on the Evidence Exhibit Variants
|
||||
|
||||
- **The Midjourney challenge:** Midjourney struggles with text rendering and very small captions. Expect to iterate. The handwritten polaroid captions will often come out unreadable on first generation — this is fine; they read as "annotated polaroid" at a glance, which is the goal. If a player zooms in, generate that specific exhibit at higher resolution with `--upscale` and re-roll until the captions are crisp.

- **Redaction blocks:** to ensure they read as redactions and not random black bars, the prompt names them in context ("redaction blocks across margin text where [X] would appear"). Midjourney handles this well in v7 when grounded in adjacent text. If they come out missing, add `--no clean margins` to force the variation.
|
||||
- **Polaroid placement:** I've described "four small annotated polaroid photographs paper-clipped at the corners" — Midjourney will sometimes interpret this as four polaroids stacked rather than one per corner. If that happens, try replacing with "one polaroid paper-clipped at each of the four corners" or use `--chaos 5` to encourage broader compositional variation.

- **Tag the exhibit letter:** The handwritten exhibit tag (EXHIBIT A through L) is the single most useful element for table use — it gives the GM a one-letter shortcut to call out (*"pull Exhibit F on the tablet"*) without breaking the in-fiction immersion.

- **When to use which variant:** the plain blueprint maps work for quick scene navigation during play. The evidence exhibits work best when a PC explicitly investigates — opening a file, pulling a report, reviewing what the precinct has on a location. *Iris's [BR: Connect] roll to pull the Voss file* should produce **EXHIBIT A**, not the plain map.
