- Added Codex of Worlds world-setting selection and non-lethal weapons on/off to the pre-launch game options.
- Support for Gothic Century, Monster Marches, Dreaming With the Gods, and Bone Spear modifications to the moves, gear, and other playbook features as indicated by Codex of Worlds. Includes the Bone Spear specific reskinning of several playbooks.
- Support for Gothic Century's Dark Pasts from Codex of Worlds, when Gothic Century is selected in game options on a sheet.
- Added list of special materials available for weapons to all character gear listings for games set in the Monster Marches.
- Changed the Mystery Sheet behavior for phenomena to provide a Tenacity tracker if desired (for Gothic Haunts as found in the Codex of Worlds, etc)
- Added support for the Villain threat type from Monster Marches to the Mystery Sheet.
- Added Dive into Dreams basic move support for Dreaming With the Gods setting from Codex of Worlds. Will show up in the hunter's reference when the Dreaming With the Gods setting is selected in game options.
- Added a "Mark of the Spirit-Touched" field to the character Look block which is activated only for Monster Marches.
- Added a Community tracking sheet to support the Bone Spear setting from Codex of Worlds.
- Added support for the changed and additional basic moves from Bone Spear to the on-sheet Hunter's Reference.
- Added support for changing Luck to Ancestral Favour in Bone Spear.
- Added support for the different features of mysteries, monsters, phenomena, bystanders, locations, and minions for Bone Spear to the Keeper's mystery sheet.
- Atonement mysteries are redundant for Bone Spear; made sure that's handled gracefully.
- Added support for tracking wear, everyday gear, and special gear as required for Bone Spear.
- Fixed CSS for dark mode display of some annotations that appear on some rolltemplate outputs.
In SCRPG page 239, it indicates that a Villain's max health should be increased from its base by H (the number of heroes in the scene) times 5. This update adds support for that to the villain sheet.
A lot of lines getting swapped out because in the back-end development I switched over to using PUG to continue work on the sheet. This has resulted in a lot of the stuff getting rendered with different whitespace behavior, despite the actual functional HTML content being unchanged. The only actually new stuff here is still a big chunk, as it adds support for all of the Team Playbooks from the upcoming Codex of Worlds supplement (crowdfunding campaign launches mid-February). None of the previously existing functionality of the sheet should be affected, however.
Unwelcome change in base.css definition of .label style's white-space property caused issues for labels that absolutely needed to wrap in the sheet. Have established a kinder override value for white-space in the relevant situation.
Bug fixed in CSS (paragraph styling reached outside the sheet itself and caused issues).
Support for Final Mystery Moves added.
Minor text alterations done to more closely match the edited text of the core game.
Added a different value for the --dark-secondarytext in the label styling; the background of some labels on this sheet is the same color as the initial value of --dark-secondarytext so it's making the text invisible. It'll be a much more significant undertaking to modify the sheet to fully take advantage of dark mode, but this should at least allow things to function as they should without full toggle support.
Added two new features to the Evil Hat official Fate sheet's config options:
• You can choose whether to use 4dF or d6-d6 as your dice method for the sheet.
• You can choose whether the sheet whispers its rolls to the GM, or displays them publicly
Added support for character Packages — collections of skill point spends, aspects, and stunts which you can choose to add to your sheet — in support of It's Not My Fault. The feature set for Packages will likely expand in the nebulous future, but this feels like the right start.
- translation.json bugfix
- now possible to remove an aspect's label, so you can list multiple aspects in a row under the first one's label-header; necessitated moving option controls and flags display down onto the line for the aspect itself, as they were previously located next to the label, but if the label can now sometimes be empty/skipped, that's no longer appropriate.
- Rollable aspects can now have ratings as high as 10
- Combinable Skills now added to the sheet, supporting things like Two-Column Fate and other implementations that add two or more skills together for a roll. You'll need to flip the Combinable Skills setting on in order to see them on your sheet. Once you do you'll have controls available to pick which column each skill belongs in, and whether you're allowed to pick multiple skills from the same column. Once your skills are placed in the columns as desired, you may click a checkmark next to the ones you wish to combine for a roll. Once you do a button will appear at the top of the section allowing you to roll your selected combination.
A few small quality of life improvements.
The History & Notes field is now triple in height, so folks will both notice and use it, and also be able to see more of what they put in.
A few of the advances now display a text field when you pick those advances so you can write down what specific choice you made after taking that advance.
Chosen's Destiny move gains a text field to write their Destiny in.
Entice basic move reworded to replace "romantic" with "emotional"
Sometimes default-to-zero stats are stored as nulls, not zeroes, which can cause weird behaviors with dice rollers; reinforced the correct zero.
- Pronoun box given more width
- Aspects can now have an optional category header to divide sections up if desired
- Sheet preferences now include the ability to toggle on or off a Fate logo (defaults to off)
- Stress and Condition tracks can now go up to 10 in length
- Situation aspects with zero free invokes were getting turned into one free invoke situation aspects; this was a bug. Fixed now, zero free invoke situation aspects should work correctly now.
