- skills/rpg: SKILL.md + 7 references/assets encoding the house scenario
  system (convention one-shot structure, craft research, pregens, playtest
  protocol, production pipeline, living lessons log)
- sync.sh: mirror ~/.claude/skills/ into repo
- install.sh: install repo skills/ into ~/.claude/skills/
- README: document skills tracking + pull-before-sync ordering

New machines auto-configure the graphiti-memory HTTP server at
https://graphiti.timevans.uk/mcp (override via GRAPHITI_MCP_URL).
Idempotent remove-then-add, matching the GitHub/Obsidian MCP blocks.

- projects/rpg-creative.md — SLA Industries, Stormbringer, convention work
- projects/README.md — setup guide and sync workflow

Each file includes Graphiti session-start instruction so web conversations
have access to live memory from Claude Code sessions.

- CLAUDE.md: replace old stub with current full version
- settings.json: update to current live version
- memory/: replace stale files with current live memory
- install.sh: fix memory path (-Users-$USER not -Users-$USER-Git), use glob copy
- sync.sh: new script — one command to pull live state, commit, push
- README: rewrite to reflect actual structure and workflows
